We are supporting a well know national developer in their recruitment for an organised and professional administrator to join theor sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for the general administration for the department, ensuring sales progress to completion and the correct documentation is distrubuted accirately.
The role will include:

Dealing with phone enquires from potential and current customers in a professional manner, ensuring company standards afre adhered to.

Progressing sales documentation and coordinating part exchanges

Assisting with the management of the Sales Team diary

Recording and inputting sales information and data accurately onto the CRM sysytem
-
Liaising with other departments accross the business to ensure high standards of customer experience are maintained
-
Generate general letters and memos
-
Oversee the ordering of marketing material and show home upgrades

Assit with the creation of marketing campaigns
The Person

Excellent communication skills, both verball and written
-
A highly organised individual with examples of multi tasking in a previous role
-
Previous office based administrative experience is essential.The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within the house building sector

Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred
-
A good working knowledge of Mircrosoft Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is essential. Knowledge of the Dynamics CRM system would be an advantage but not essential.
