Boutique commercial Recruitment agency based in Solihull seek a part – time strong administrator.
This varied role requires strong excel skills, strong communication skills and a can-do approach and the ability to spin many plates.
Duties include
- Extensive telephone liaison
- Excel reporting
- Candidate screening
- Keeping CRM system up to date
- Checking Visa’s and RTW
- Setting up TEAMs interviews.
- Booking travel
As a niche agency you’ll need to be a self-starter, have a genuine passion for people and exceptional communication skills.
Recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
