Temporary on-going role with the opportunity to go permanent. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the marketing and advertising of rental properties.
Handle inquiries from prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Manage the maintenance and repair requests from tenants.
Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, including property inspections.
Maintain up-to-date records of all lettings activities.
Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the property sector.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
