LOCATION: Winsford
Rapid Time Recruit Limited, operating as an Employment Business, is currently seeking an experienced fleet administrator on behalf of our client in Winsford. This position is on an ongoing basis with the potential for full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Administrator:

Provide efficient administration support to keep the fleet system updated – input defects, upload test certificates, and legal documents to meet audit requirements.

Coordinate vehicle taxing, MOT's, and LOLER tests.

Manage invoicing of parts and labour on the fleet system.

Communicate with vehicle suppliers and serve as the primary contact for visitors to the Fleet Workshop.

Maintain VOR log, weekly reporting, and records.

Support accurate performance monitoring and continuous improvement whilst minimising the impact of fleet maintenance on core operations.
To be successful you will require:

At least 12 months of previous administrative experience.

Background in customer-facing roles.

Professionalism and a strong focus on customer service.

Proficiency in using fleet management software (Rc2 advantage).

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour.

Adaptability to changing work conditions.
