Compass Associates are delighted to be working alongside an independent provider who is very passionate about providing an outcomes first service putting the needs of the children at the front of any decision they make, they are committed to continually investing in the service, young people and the team members.
As an extension of their passion for the well-being and safeguarding of children, they have decided to open their own children's homes to help serve the pressing needs of Local Authorities.
The overall responsibility of this role is collaborating with the Managing Director and to ensure that the best quality of specialist care is given to children. Recruiting an energetic and passionate team you will provide exemplary leadership and make a difference to the children's lives.
There are plans to grow the service over the next four years that would provide opportunities for growth and development within the company, potentially stepping into regional roles or a Responsible Individual role
Location:
This role is easily commutable from Bexley, Barking, Dagenham, Welling, Gravesend, Sidcup, Bromley and greater Southeast London.
Who are we looking for?

Level 5 (NVQ) Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children's and Young People's Services is essential, especially to take the Ofsted registration

Experience running an EBD or LD services

Good people management skills

Knowledge of the Ofsted regulations and standards

Experienced Deputy Manager looking for career progression

Someone who is passionate about Children's Care, approachable to both staff and residents

Shift Pattern:
