Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting a Civil Contracts Manager to work for a construction contractor based in Pembroke.
The successful candidate will be liaising with new and existing clients and negotiating key points for new projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement all Health & Safey procedures in line with company specific risk assessments and method statements.

Maintain standard of high standards of best practice in all relevant areas and promote safe behaviour.

Carry out regular safety inspections of all workplaces within the site.

Work closely with the Commercial Manager

Manage startup of new projects from award to commencement on site including negotiations with clients.

Liaise with the plant manager to actively manage plant costs and ensure all plant is fit for purpose.

Carry out site surveys and setting out when required.

Carry out site management role on specific projects.
About You:
-
An excellent understanding of civil engineering, construction, and project management.
-
10+ years’ experience in civil engineering.
-
Competent in CAD and surveying/setting out.
-
IOSH or SMSTS qualification.
