Job Title: Sales Order Processor
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
Annual Salary: £23900 - £25500 + Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, full time

They prioritise a positive and supportive work culture, encouraging personal and professional development. As a Sales Order Processor, you will be a key member of their Customer Service Team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to both internal and external customers. By leveraging your communication skills and attention to detail, you will supply specific quotations and support the external sales teams. Your main focus will be on exceeding customer expectations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Daily requests including quotes, queries, and calls. Supporting quote chasing activities.
Scheduling meetings for the (BDMs) using dormant customers on SAP / NSI Register.
Cold/Warm calling existing customers and arranging meetings for BDMs.
Following up with customers after BDM meetings.
Collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental targets.
Gaining in-depth product knowledge of the organisation's product range.
Creating specific quotations using CRM system SAP. Using MS Visio to design panel templates.
Ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders demands.
Occasional field visits and prospect hunting with BDMs.
Skills & Experience:
Experience on SAP / NSI Register/ Ms Visio.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-confidence.
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
