Our client in Cheltenham is seeking a Procurement Admin to support their IT team. This is an interim position for 6 months and either on site 2 days per week or they are open to someone on a remote basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions
Maintain and update supplier records and databases
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary
Resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders
Provide administrative support to the procurement team Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a procurement or administrative role
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of procurement software is an advantage Paying up to £20 per hour
6 month duration
