A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a UK known manufacturer in the Birmingham Area!
With no day ever being the same the Project Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
Managing an average of 6/7 projects at one time - getting involved with lots of different aspects and teams - taking projects from cradle to grave.
Monitor costs throughout all projects and managing change orders
Liaising with customers and key stakeholders throughout the whole project updating status, delivery and completion.
Ensuring all internal and external orders are placed for all equipment - being involved in ordering and specifying equipment which needs to be bought for each project.
Monitor all departmental performance and generate a programme
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years within a Project Management role
Strong knowledge of Auto CAD
Strong communication skills
Must be prepared to travel at short notice, locally and overseas, including some weekends.
Valid driver's license and passport
Strong experience working with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.
