£45,000 basic OTE £80,000 Plus Company car and excellent benefits

Our client a leading UK service operations business is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join this fast paced growing business.
They are now looking for a sales manager / leader to help grow in the company’s next chapter. You will be part of the senior management team and responsible for all the new business within the Yorkshire/Midlands area.
The role includes:
- Reporting to the Sales & Commercial Director and be a member of the senior management team, contributing to the development and execution of the overall business and organisational strategy.
- Manage, coach, mentor and develop a team of high-performing and proven Business Development Managers
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
- Develop high-accuracy forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and have a strong understanding of factors influencing performance.
- Provide input into new market entry and early sales feedback in market.
- Become a role model, mentor and approachable in any situation to the sales team.
Minimum requirements for this role:
- Sales management experience
- Proven track record of leading teams to consistent quota over-achievement in complex environments.
- Proven success working within a complex organisation and aligning executive stakeholders to achieve high-growth sales targets.
In return you will receive an excellent salary of £45,000 - £48,000 plus OTE £80,000 plus company car and excellent opportunities to grow within the business and really make a change!
