We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Victoria & Albert Museum.
Our cafes and restaurant at V&A have a mix of brasserie style food, freshly made sandwiches, wraps, and salads.
About the Pastry Chef Role:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Professional culinary education
- Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Confidence in multitasking in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment
- Passion for food and great attention to detail
- Creativity
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
