Responsibilities:
Log and update customer issues professionally.
Manage customer expectations.
Monitor and resolve alerts (backups, disk space, antivirus).
Visit customer sites in London and the Southeast as needed.
Address and escalate support issues.
Assist with building customer computers using Autopilot.
Keep customers and the Triage team informed about new processes and technologies.Preferred Skills/Experience:
Clean driving license (preferred but not essential).
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365, Azure).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Autopilot, Modern Workplace, Intune.
Quick learner with logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
Experience supporting Windows, Macs, iOS, and Android devices.
Microsoft certifications are a plus.
