Autograph Recruitment is partnered is with an industry leading, innovative automotive business, with their HQ in North Bristol. Due to our client’s continuous growth, and internal progressions, we are delighted to be looking for a Customer Operations Manager to join their team.

The role of Customer Operations Manager is a pivotal and key role in this ever-growing business. You will be first point of contact for customers and suppliers; face to face, by phone and email. You will also, with support, manage their social media channels.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, meeting sales targets, and will thrive within a fast-paced environment. This will create a great opportunity for an individual who would like to progress their career, and grow within an already successful business.
Responsibilities of Customer Operations Manager:
Best point of contact for customers, from enquiry to invoice
Oversee the day to day operations of the workshop, delegating jobs, scheduling appointments, prioritising workload
Tracking workshop progress to ensure timely completion of work, and updating customers
Liaising with suppliers, processing orders for parts and equipment
Fleet management of courtesy cars and company vehicles
Generate service department reports and meet with management to discuss performance
Give an overall excellent customer experience
Social media management
The Ideal Candidate:
Must have technical understanding, and a passion for the automotive industry
Ambitious, enthusiastic, with the desire to succeed and grow within a business
Ability multi-task, and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
An articulate, and confident individual with a proven background within a customer service / customer facing role
Perfect telephone manner, with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with customers
