Maxwell Bond have exclusively partnered with an MSP who provide technical support for small to medium businesses, and are looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst.
As 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst, you'll provide technical support and guidance to end users within a Microsoft technology stack. You'll provide user and hardware support, ensure incidents are resolved in a timely manner and collaborate with the 1st Line Support team taking on any escalations.
Essential Skills as 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst:

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications is required (G-Suite advantageous)

Strong knowledge of Windows troubleshooting and administration including Active Directory.

Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and WAN/LAN technologies.
