Hours or Work: Monday to Friday 08.30am till 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch.
We are working in partnership with a fantastic manufacturing company who are based in Oldbury.
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their experienced strong sales and customer service team on a temp to perm basis. You will be working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
· Reviewing and checking prices on customer records.
· Supporting a sales team with various administration duties.
· Dealing with customer queries and questions.
· Consulting with the warehouse department regarding stock.
· Taking customer service calls.
· Backing up our quotations team with administration duties and consulting with customers to get relevant information to enable us to quote.
The Ideal Customer Service Coordinator will have:
· Experience in a similar role.
· Strong administration / PC skills.
· Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
· Knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
· Strong team working skills.
· Excellent punctuality and attendance are one of the company’s core values.
