Are you a Business Development Manager or similar from a Healthcare / Clinical / Medical Devices background, looking for a dynamic role within a well-established, family run company offering you the chance to take control of your own patch whilst further progressing opportunities at a Senior level?
Our client works closely with clinical professionals, procurement and Supply Chain within the NHS and Private Healthcare sector, offering a comprehensive range of medical device service packages to ensure complete up-time of critical medical devices.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Achieve sales targets
Identify market opportunities
Conduct competitor analysis, and maintain accurate records.
Deliver product presentations to clinical and non-clinical professionals
Conduct regular customer visits, collaborating with healthcare teams
Report and analyse market changes in order to identify new opportunities
Lead and develop a team of Territory Sales Specialists
Work with the Senior Leadership Team at Board level to plan and develop company growth
Experience:
Business Development Manager or similar Healthcare / Clinical/Medical Device background
Medical Device Service and Maintenance sales experience
Full driver's license Willing
Demonstrative track record of sales success
Wide range of experience across medical products
