Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Border of Yorkshire and Lancashire, UK
Type: Part-time (25-30 hours per week)
Working Hours: Monday & Tuesday evenings, Friday & Saturday afternoon/evening, Sundays
Salary: Up to £14 per hour depending on experience

The Role:
As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in preparing and delivering high-quality meals for our guests. You will be instrumental in maintaining our culinary standards and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Your Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow health and safety regulations.

Help in creating menu items and daily specials.

Ensure the kitchen is clean and organised at all times.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Assist with inventory management and stock control.

Support the Head Chef in various kitchen duties as needed.
Your Profile:

Passion for cooking and a keen interest in developing culinary skills.

Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
