The successful candidate will create and deliver engaging and impactful content to build genuine connections between the organisation and its audiences, building its profile and online presence and visibility.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

Duties and responsibilities:
Planning and producing a programme of digital content to be used across website, email and social media
Developing creative ideas and suggesting new, innovative ways of delivering digital content
Updating and optimising the website from an SEO and UX perspective, including writing copy
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to capture and edit photo, audio and video content
Writing engaging and informative captions, articles, slides and social media posts
Creating eye-catching design assets which are differentiated and stand out in the crowded digital space
Managing third party agency and provider activity to enhance communications and activity
Monitoring, analysing and reporting on performance, and that of competitors, using Google Analytics
Working collaboratively with key teams to successfully manage and regulate campaign activity
Supporting wider marketing activity and projects as required, including offline work, events and PR
Skills and experience required:
Proven extensive experience in a similar marketing role involving the creation and management of digital content, ideally with B2B experience
Relevant qualification in a marketing subject
Good knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experienced in optimising digital channels across website, social media and email
Adept at campaign management, with evidence of delivering results and improvements
Strong photography, videography and editing skills, with a good eye for visual content and detail
Evidence of creating/editing artwork using packages such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
Experience shooting and editing Tik-Tok style, short-form video content and Instagram Reels
Highly analytical with an understanding of digital performance analysis and relevant tools
Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
Confident verbal and written communicator - able to design and tailor content for specific audiences
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
