Property Inspections Coordinator Key Duties

Liaising with Landlords and Tenants to arrange access

Excellent phone manner

Ability to manage multiple diaries

Maximise efficiency for individual PI diaries, i.e. minimising travel time

Strong rapport building skills

Monitoring customer feedback

Communicate any logistical or property specific issues promptly to the customer

Property Inspections Coordinator Package:
Up to £30,000 (pro rata)
Hours: 9am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
