Service Administrator, Colne, £25,200
An opportunity has arisen with this successful, well established business in Colne. Due to growth they are seeking a confident, personable and adaptable individual to join their team.
Duties will include;
Handling customer queries regarding service and vehicle repairs
Diary Management, booking in repairs and liaising with Workshop Controller
Maintaining and updating vehicle service histories on the system
Handling customer complaints and resolving accordingly
Create job estimates for pricing and timing
Liaise with customer regarding problems and arranging for them to discuss with technician where necessary
Keeping customer updated on the progress of the vehicle
Up-selling any additional products and services where possible
Present invoices for payment and take paymentsYou must be able to communicate clearly and professionally to customers, have the ability to deal with irate customers at times ensuring customer satisfaction. Multi-tasking and prioritising is key in this role.
