Lighting Sales Manager
Location: Yorkshire ( Field based)

This is a remote position, with a preferred base in Yorkshire.
As a Lighting Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling cutting-edge lighting products and solutions.
Your mission is to uncover new business opportunities, forge strong customer relationships, and exceed sales targets.
This position demands a blend of sales prowess, enthusiasm for lighting technology, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Proactively identify and secure new clients in your designated territory- Yorkshire.
Conduct market research to pinpoint potential customers and decision-makers.
Devise and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets.
Present lighting solutions, emphasizing how they meet the unique needs of clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their ongoing lighting requirements- M&E contractors, Consultants, Lighting designers, Specifiers, End users.
Conduct regular client visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions for exceptional customer service.
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert insights on lighting solutions, energy efficiency, and industry trends.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.
Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:
Stay abreast of the latest lighting technologies, industry trends, and regulations.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our lighting products, features, and competitive advantages.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven success in sales, ideally within the lighting industry or a related field.
Knowledge of lighting products, technologies, and applications.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Working knowledge of software packages such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Relux or Dialux.
