Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Hybrid, site and office based.
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, with a focus on fire and smoke systems, chillers, air conditioning, and ventilation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for escalations and service related sales enquiries.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients, maximizing revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business.
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and technical support, to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts for monthly sales meeting
• Prepare and present monthly reports for customers.
• Ensure all contract renewal quotes are sent in advance.
• Set up of new contracts, including mobilisation.
• Deal with escalations promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the facilities industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Understanding of fire and smoke systems, chillers, air conditioning, and ventilation services is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is desirable.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
