Aurora Samuels Associates is recruiting for a Branch Manager to join this nationwide recruitment company in their Manchester office.

To be considered for this role you will ideally either be a Branch/Business Manager within industrial or high volume temp recruitment, or an experienced senior consultant ready for the step up.
The main duties of this role:
Operating as a billing manager - leading from the front with sales activity and performance
Coach and train where required all staff members
Ensure all payroll is done accurately and on time
Ensure the branch and all its workers are compliant and legal to work
To work to company budgets and provide a profitable branch
To ensure all marketing and literature that represents the company is accurate and professional
To attend sales and service visits with potential and current clients across your region
To represent the client in the manner expected of a BM at all times.
