Event Sales Executive – Lightwater - up to £25,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (£35,000 OTE 1st Year)
An established events company is looking for a vibrant, sales professional to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to support their client growth in both established and new markets.
This is an outbound telephone sales role, where you will be required to prospect, convert and nurture relationships with an international client base. To be successful you be ambitious, money-hungry and target-driven with a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities
Identifying and qualifying new sales leads
Pitching a portfolio of events and digital platform
Build and grow a client portfolio using an established database and commercial information
Nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
Networking in the industry, sector, and specialism to become an expert in your market.
To be considered for these roles you will need the following:
Passion to work in sales
Self-motivated and eager to earn money.
History of hitting or exceeding targets, both personal and career driven
Computer literate.
Comfortable speaking to high-end decision makers on the phone and face to face
Articulate, charismatic and presentable
