We are currently partnering with an expanding accountancy organisation in Northampton, recruiting for an Accounts Manager.
This is a full time, permanent position, with flexible and hybrid working options available.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Accounts team
Implement and manage Accounts Workflow Procedures for all aspects of accounts preparation
Manage incoming accounts jobs to align resources with client deadlines, identifying and addressing gaps
Oversee and review statutory accounts preparation (FRS102, FRS102 1A, FRS105) from records
Manage allocated accounts assignments
Handle corporation tax computations and returnsExperience/Skills Needed:
ACCA / ACA qualified
UK practice experience with a minimum of 4-5 years post qualification
Previous management experience
UK GAAP experience - Financial Reporting
Excellent communication and customer/client services skills
Strong IT skills, specifically Excel and able to pick up new IT packages very quicklyCompany Benefits:
