Our client is an Italian company who are a top selling manufacturer of Electric and Pneumatic Vibrators.
They are currently recruiting an Office Manager to join there small team in Nottingham.
You would be responsible for the day to day running of the office duties would include
Answering the phone
Dealing with queries
Responding to emails
Order processing
dealing with invoices
general housekeeping
Previous experience of using SAP
Ordering of stock
Hours of work are 08.30 - 16.30 or 08.00 - 16.00 with 30 mins lunch
The team is very small so the client is looking for someone who is adaptable and is a team player.
