First class opportunity for an Office Sales Manager or an Internal Sales Manager to join a HVAC manufacture in Sussex.
Currently we have a team of Internal Sales Exectuives that need managing on a day to day basis, the real crux of the job is bringing together the external sales team and internal sales team to a one sales team mindset.
Providing leads and quotes for the external sales team this is the most vital cog of the business.
You will be working a high-profile manufacturer that operates worldwide and can offer you a product range that’s equal to the most challenging customer requirements.
And needless to say, they’ll give you full product training when you arrive, as well as regular development to help you further your career with them.
Office Sales Managers Key Responsibilities
You’ll be mainly office based in Sussex
Some work from home is available and occasionally you’ll travel to customers sites
Coordinate the internal sales team ensuring they hit their targets and follow the business strategy.
Ensure the external sales team and internal sales team work in conjunction with each other.
Work towards to achieving individual sales targets and KPIs and contribute to business goals.
Arrange and attend customer meetings as required.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
Answer customer questions, resolving concerns and providing any information.
Provide regular feedback and undertake performance management activities.
Produce sales reports as required.
Document all activity on the Company CRM.
