Salary: £15,132 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (8:30-17:00)
Contract: Part-Time, with potential for increased hours

Key Responsibilities:

Generate Bills of Materials for production

Raise works orders and purchase orders

Communicate with suppliers and chase order updates

Coordinate with departments for Engineering Change Requests (ECR)

Perform end-of-month data reporting and stock taking

Handle administrative tasks to support purchasing operations
Requirements:

Education to GCSE level or equivalent

Experience in a busy office environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Excellent organizational and numerical skills
