Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Lunch Time Supervisor to join our team and support our SEND pupils during their lunch break. This role is crucial in ensuring that our pupils with additional needs are well-supported, engaged, and included in lunchtime activities. The role involves fostering a safe and positive environment where all children can enjoy their lunch break and social interactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and supporting SEND pupils during lunchtime activities.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils during the lunch break.

Encouraging positive behavior and interactions among pupils.

Assisting pupils with their lunch routines as necessary.

Collaborating with teachers and support staff to address any specific needs or concerns of SEND pupils.

Implementing school policies and procedures effectively during lunchtime.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEND, is desirable but not essential.

A caring and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in supporting children's development.
