With a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to quality, our company is seeking a talented Project Manager to lead a £15 million office fit-out scheme in Newbury. The ideal candidate will live in West London. This contractors projects are typically with in London, Berkshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent and Surrey.
As the Project Manager for this £15 million office fit-out project, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development, from initial planning to final delivery. This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project execution
- Manage project resources effectively to meet project milestones and budget targets
- Monitor and address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
- Communicate progress updates regularly to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale commercial fit-out projects, preferably in the office sector
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and quality assurance practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
