This international organisation are looking to expand it’s busy and experienced Governance team as part of it’s ongoing commitment to providing the best standards and practice throughout.
Over the last year there has been an implementation of a new and more resilient framework and the plan is that with the addition of a further manager to the team, there will be the capacity to strengthen this further.
Candidates will have a demonstrable background within Corporate Governance & Committees, preferably holding a suitable recognised professional qualification and the ability to work within a complex structured setting. They should be a sound communicator, with an understanding of the value of influencing and guiding at Board level both verbally and in writing. A pragmatic approach is essential along with strong technical and analytical skills, particularly when it comes to finding workable solutions.
