Getfix operates Nationwide and we have multidisciplined engineers serving a wide range of customers in local authorities, housing associations, education and commercial property sectors. We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team at our head office in Hemel Hempstead to support operations.
Responsibilites

To support in the daily, weekly & monthly admin duties of running a busy reactive maintenance and srvicing social housing contract,n in gas, hot water and central heating services.

Reporting in to the contract manager or senior admin.

Liaising daily with office staff, field staff, clients and residents by phone & by email

Planning and sceduling small and large works

Issuing quotation to clienmts and purchase orders to suppliers

Raising invoices upon completion of works

Salary 25k-300k dependant on experienc
Applicant minimum requirements

Excellent written and spoken English language skills - Essential

Minimum 1 yr experience in planning/scheduling of operative diaries
