The Place & Environment Team manage, maintains, and improves our whole estate, consisting of large, supported housing hostels, children’s centres, community health clubs, community hubs, early years nurseries and a wide range of specialist youth services and clubs. Altogether, this equates to our team of around 400 amazing colleagues annually delivering over £13 million of high-impact and valuable community services.
As we continue to deliver upon Mission 25, whereby we double our impact, there are further growth and development opportunities. Within Place & Environment, we deliver all estate services and capital projects and are committed to our net zero development and targets.
This new role supports our highly experienced project managers, external consultants and the Director to deliver multiple projects.
• Supporting the Director of Place & Environment in delivering business objectives, the delivery of Capital Projects, PPM and property acquisition.
• Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Delivering high-quality services and deliverables, ensuring that services meet our Customer’s requirements.
• Managing projects and/or programmes to deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures.
• Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager.
• Support the Director with producing reports and presentations for the board.
• Identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across the business unit activities.
This is a really exciting opportunity for a forward thinking individual who may have extensive experience or someone who may be looking to progress within their Project Management career.
