As a Customer Service Representative, you`ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their experience with us is exceptional. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Interaction: Promptly and professionally responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Product Expertise: Providing detailed information about our products and services.
Support and Troubleshooting: Assisting customers with product selection and troubleshooting issues.
Order Management: Efficiently processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate customer records and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with our sales and technical support teams to address customer needs.
Feedback Improvement: Monitoring customer feedback and suggesting improvements to enhance satisfaction.What We`re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Personality: A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.Requirements:
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
Experience: At least 1 year in customer service (preferred).
Language: English fluency is required.
Licence: A driving licence is preferred.Location:
Work Location: In person at our Didcot office.
