Our client are seeking an experienced document controller to join their dynamic team in North London. They will have proven experienced as a document controller within in the construction industry, with knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations. They will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will manage and control all project documentation in compliance with company and project-specific procedures. They will ensure that all documents are up-to-date, accurate, and distributed to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner, as well as maintain document control systems and databases. They will coordinate with project teams to ensure proper documentation flow and control and provide, handle sensitive and confidential information and provide support and training to project teams on the document control processes and systems.
