Senior HR & Payroll Partner (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £37,000 - £39,000 per annum dependant on experience
Location: New Milton, Hampshire (Hybrid working)
Hours: 35 hours per week , Monday - Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Contract: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract
Our client is a well-established business and a market leader in their industry. They are looking for someone to cover a maternity for 9 months.
Main Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely payroll for all employees.

Streamline HR processes by implementing a new HR & Payroll system.

Lead and develop your HR & Payroll team.

Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and Senior Leadership to deliver exceptional employee service.

Manage projects and workloads effectively, meeting deadlines and taking initiative.

Experience handling HR & Payroll transactions and systems.

Proven team leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and planning abilities.

A solid understanding of employment law and best practices.
