Description
In the role of Service Centre manager, you will be responsible for the operational performance, contract delivery and P&L of your site. You will support, lead and manage all staff within the service centre and will respond effectively to the requirements of the customers. You will ensure that at all times business is conducted to the highest, professional standards. You will drive efficiencies across the service centre to maximise sales, reduce costs and maintain contract delivery.
Profile
We would like to speak to candidates that have first class people management and leadership skills. This will have been developed in your previous roles running depots and leading teams across Warehouse, Transport and Customer Services functions. In addition, candidates will benefit from experience of managing large customers and account management. Those with experience supporting Public Sector Organisations or within the Healthcare Sector are encouraged to apply. You will require strong commercial acumen and should have a good understanding of managing a P&L.
