MIS Support Officer required to provide 2nd and 3rd line application and database support in the education sector
WeDoData are working exclusively with a public sector client in London who are looking to recruit a full time, permanent MIS Support Officer as soon as possible.
My client is a large, well known and respected training provider who work with over 30,000 learners every year.
As MIS Support Officer you will be joining a high performing team of 5 officers and management who provide a robust support function to all staff.
You will responsbilities will involve responding to support requests which are at 2nd/ 3rd line, so an extensive background in MS SQL Server is essential as well as previous application and database troubleshooting/ support experience, ideally via ticketing system.
A logical and problem solving mindset will be required as you'll be heavily involved in tracing issues through to root causes and then proposing recommendations.
You'll be joining a positive and forward thinking team who contribute towards the delivery of essential training and development in the local communities and beyond.
The salary available is £35,000 and also includes 35 days annual leave and access to a Local Government Pension Scheme. This role can also be fully site based in Central London or hybrid (3 days WFH)
