Business Development Director – Healthcare

To support expansion of their presence in the UK, we are seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth and deliver our client’s transformative solutions to the UK Healthcare sector. Become part of a rapidly scaling team that has tripled in size over the past year and is set for explosive growth as they introduce novel technology to this greenfield market.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in the UK Healthcare sector incl. large Care Home Groups
- Develop and execute regional and account-based strategies to exceed sales quotas and expand the customer base
- Establish, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Healthcare sector
- Navigate complex deal cycles and engage with executive-level clients
- Create compelling, contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
- Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and refine the UK Healthcare product and marketing efforts
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience selling into the UK Healthcare sector
- Proven experience in a SaaS-based industry
- Deep domain expertise and established executive network in the UK Healthcare sector
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and executing several high six-figure ACV deals
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems effectively
