- From £75k plus - depending on evidenced sales per annum

Responsibilities:
- Drive new business through all channels, zoom, face-to-face, telephone, networking
- Will have strong bridging knowledge, matching product against the company's lender criteria
- Promote all bridging products against residential & semi-commercial & commercial properties
- Hit set yearly targets
- Research the market, identifying new business opportunities
- Stay property-focused and aware of changes in the market
- Point of contact for brokers, intermediaries, and the wider team
- Work closely with underwriters, and case managers to ensure smooth & efficient drawdowns
- Attend regular meetings
