R13 Recruitment are currently partnering with a leading digital tech company based on the outskirts of Norwich in their search for a Project Support Administrator. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for client projects, as well as maintaining a high standard of client service.
Based in Norwich, this is a full time, temporary position (6 months+), working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, and is offering a salary of £14.29 per hour.

The day to day

Ensuring product and barcode alignment, as well as correcting any labelling issues.

Working with clients to obtain data, and the ongoing collection and maintenance of data related to projects.

Working closely with clients, providing regular project updates and keeping contacts informed at all times.
You will have/be:

Experience of working in a customer service role, with strong client service skills.

Strong relationship building skills and confidence communicating verbally and in writing.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritising duties to deliver against targets and deadlines.

Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

An enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with capability to work on your own initiative.

Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
