We are currently recruiting for 2 hard-working and enthusiastic Administrators to join the team of one of our long-standing and nationally recognised clients, Royal Mail.
You will be working as part of the Fleet department, within the In Life Control team and will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks such as processing driving fines, charging zone admin, vehicle documentation, vehicle ordering and vehicle sales.
Your main duties will include:
Data input to relevant systems/software such as Excel, Word and M5.
Data checking, verification and reconciliation
Maintaining accurate and relevant data – including filing, both electronic and hard copies
Provision of general administrative support, including telephone call handling, processing customer requests
Invoice production and query resolution
Maintaining a shared inbox contact at all required times
Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am until 5pm, however you will need a degree of flexibility within these hours.
Your rate of pay will be £12 per hour and the role is being offered on a temporary, ongoing basis.
