A new opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a leading construction and property services provider.
About the company:
A well-established business. They specialise in:
- Providing construction and property solutions; including FM, cleaning, security etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing the cleaning and FM side of the business, via business development and relationship building.
- Identifying new opportunities, leveraging from existing customers and building a robust pipeline of new business.
- Regular clients meetings to build relationships and negotiate sales.
- Lead generation, outbound activity, regular field activity
- Collaborating with other departments to improve performance.
- Maintaining customer interactions and sales via CRM.
Experience & Skills needed:
- Experience within a similar sales role within the cleaning or FM industry.
- Results driven, with ability to manage own diary and work from full autonomy.
- A proactive sales approach.
- Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
- Confident in a hunter, field based role.

- Basic salary circa £55k.
- Uncapped commission- 75k OTE
