Role Overview
Reporting to the People Director and joining a wider people team (including CoE and Services), you will partner with the global retail business on all HR related activities. Working with the retail leadership team and country leads, you will help to create a high performing culture and focus on facilitating transformation, coaching, and succession planning to support commercial goals. You will also deliver across the employee lifecycle, helping to embed a new HRIS, leading on reward matters, and driving cultural change around performance. You will partner with L&D on the talent agenda.
Minimum Requirements
The successful People Partner will hold a progressive track record in retail or with a multi-site brand, and ideally have worked in an international business. You will be able to partner with SLT, drive change, and manage end-to-end processes. In addition to being experienced with change or transformation, and well versed in delivering across the employee lifecycle, you will have in-depth ER/country law knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits
£70,000 - £75,000, 25 days a/l, private medical, and 1 day per week in office.
