Head of B2C Sales
Salary: £60,000

A globally recognised brand is looking for a Head of B2C Sales. Proven experience in a B2C sales management role is essential. Experience in managing project-based sales and retail channels is desired.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively plan and implement the company’s regional B2C strategy in line with HQ directives.
- Develop key relationships with clients and grow the client base in line with company strategies.
- Plan and implement customer retention and development in line with company drives and initiatives.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of B2C strategy, costs, and results.
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors, and communicate all company policy and procedures.
- Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with internal company Directors/colleagues and key clients.
- Motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
- Demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement.
- Display a pro-active approach and be a ‘solution finder’.
- Communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner.
- Work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
