Salary:£25,900
What you’ll be doing:
- Raising, Reviewing & Distributing Intercompany Purchase Orders
- Reviewing and Posting Intercompany Payable Invoices
- Posting Intercompany Purchase Orders and Payables invoices in Compliance with UK VAT rules
- Posting Intercompany Credit notes in line with Finance Policies and DOA
- Issuing Intercompany Vendor Statements
- Assisting the rest of the Intercompany and Finance Operations teams as required
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience of working in a finance environment
- Ability to process and manage high volumes of data with high quality and consistency
- Process improvement mindset and readiness for change
- Good knowledge of MS Office particularly MS excel
Desirable:
- Experience of ERP systems (preferably SAP) within a finance environment is highly preferred
- Experience of use of procurement software such as Coupa

The Intercompany Hub team:
As an Intercompany Procure to Pay Clerk you will report to the team P2P Team Leader and will be responsible for the delivery of service activities on behalf of Finance Operations customers. Primary activities include accurate and timely review of intercompany purchase orders and accounts payable invoices. This role is crucial for effective and efficient intercompany payables process. Finance Operations customers will interact with this role on a day-to-day basis so delivering a high quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction is of prime importance.
Whilst the role is focussed specifically on service activities carried out in Preston, you may be required to assist the Intercompany Manager with various other projects that may involve short stints of travel.
