The
Senior Product Experience Analyst is responsible for understanding the performance of our Global TV products and digital apps. This involves directly improving the experience of our customers by providing insight derived from digital & non-digital data to drive continuous improvement, whilst holding delivery teams to account on the success of what we are producing."
What you'll do - Enhance Global Device Experience : Optimise and improve the overall performance of our devices.
- Streamline Streaming Services: Ensure first-rate performance and reliability of our streaming products.
- Improve Remote Control Functionality : Optimise the usability and efficiency of remote control features.
- Ensure Audio & Video Quality : Maintain and enhance the quality of the audio and video experiences for our customers.
What you'll bring: - Customer Experience Insight: Proven ability to develop and communicate insights on customer experience from large data sets and to drive optimisation, delivery, and strategy decisions from them (or experience of driving product/delivery change through data).
- Passion for Customer Improvement: Strong enthusiasm for enhancing the customer experience through actionable insights and understanding product usage from the end user's perspective.
- SQL & Technical Proficiency: Experience in managing large datasets and drawing insights via SQL (or other similar analytical language) is essential, preferably with Big Query experience. Analysis via prebuilt dashboards would not be sufficient. Experience of modelling and clustering would be an advantage.
- Effective Communication & Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to visualise complex data sets and simplify them into actionable insights.
- Creating & Presenting Insights: Expertise in writing and presenting findings in a clear, convincing narrative, influencing others as a trusted advisor.
- Managing Partners & Stakeholders: Confident in working with partners of varying seniority levels, with a strong ability to manage relationships.

Your office space Leeds Leeds is home to two Sky offices; our contact centre and digital tech hub at Whitehall, and
our Central Square customer sales centre right at the heart of the city. Our modern spaces,
with subsidised cafes and dedicated break-out spaces, provide a balance for our hybrid

Osterley Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

Livingston Watermark House Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston South train station and the town
