As a Head of Talent based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:
Providing leadership to the Talent team which includes Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Communications functions.
Collaborating with the HR Leadership Team to create and implement talent strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Overseeing the development of impactful learning programmes, including apprenticeships, whilst supporting a culture of continuous development.
Designing and delivering innovative talent acquisition and engagement strategies to attract, retain, and nurture top talent.
Leading internal communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement.
Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within talent programmes.

Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong knowledge of best practices in learning and development, HR communications, and talent acquisition.
Experience working with leadership teams to align talent strategies with business goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
