Dominos UK & IRL are seeking a talented CRM Technical Coordinator to join our innovative team to support our technical CRM function at our head office in either Manchester or Milton Keynes. You'll help the CRM Technical Team by managing daily tasks within our CRM system Braze. You'll create and handle technical requests from other teams and support the Senior CRM Technology Manager with CRM projects. This role requires a robust blend of technical acumen and strategic thinking to support the effective operation and seamless integration of our CRM initiatives.
Success in this role looks like:
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with technical CRM platforms like Braze or similar.
- Solid understanding of customer data management, with expertise in customer segmentation
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of effective communication with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
