Position:Citrix Technical Presales Engineer
Job Description:As a Technical Presales Engineer, you'll be working in the technical department in tandem with sales representatives, advising and counseling our prospects, customers and partners about the best security and networking solutions. You will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars, and providing technical advice and support for customers.
What You'll Be Doing:- Providing technical knowledge and expertise.
- Supporting the business teams in the development, construction of offers to the clients.
- Interacting with the prospects and partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy.
- Delivering training and workshops for our customers and partners.
- Regular customer and partner visiting.
- Creating of PoC (proof of concepts) within the real customers environment with the different technical solutions of Arrow.
- Continuously being trained in the latest technologies.
Required Skills- Pre-sales experience within a vendor or a partner organization
- Citrix Solution Knowledge.
Desirable skills - Experience with global public clouds.
- Citrix for Private Cloud, Universal Hybrid Multi-Cloud, NetScaler
